Yes they were expensive but what can you do. After a single wash, following instructions to the letter. The jumper came out burred. I have an expensive washing machine. Use good quality washing powder. I've washed a similar primark school in jumper and asda school jumper from last year that didn't burr at all, actually lasted all year, only the colour went grayish . Both the jumpers that were purchased from uniform Base burred in the first week without washing, and got worse on the very first wash. They looked like they were a few months old. Took one back, they had to investigate. Not sure what forensic method they used. Two weeks later, apparently it was us. Suffice to say I'll go anywhere but.
